NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRANTS UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IN ORDER TO ENTER.  A PRIZE (DEFINED BELOW IN SECTION 8) WON BY A MINOR IN THEIR LEGAL JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCY MAY BE AWARDED IN THE NAME OF SAID MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. 

WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL IN MID TO LATE JULY FOR PRIZE TRIP; IF WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON TRIP DATES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED.

1. Eligibility: The "Disney+ Perks: Deadpool & Wolverine World Premiere Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age or older. If an entrant is a minor, as defined by the jurisdiction of the entrant’s primary residence ("Minor"), permission of a parent or legal guardian is required to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC, or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters, web suppliers, any prize provider, as well as any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of Deadpool & Wolverine ("Film") (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules ("Official Rules") and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entrants may not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as a potential Winner (as defined in Section 6), they will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any potential Winner if the results of such background check reveal that such potential Winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been convicted of a felony or crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

3. Administrator: Probability LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadow Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498.

4. Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 7, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period") Sponsor's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: Navigate the internet to https://sweepstakes.disneyplus.com/deadpool ("Website"). To enter, complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing your full name, phone number (where you can be reached on or around July 2, 2024, if selected as a potential prize winner as per Section 7 below) and the email address associated with your Disney+ account. To submit your entry, click the "Let's Go" button on the Website. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTP://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM/). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply.

You may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminder emails from Disney+. Consenting to receive promotional emails and reminder emails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Disney+ available at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/privacy-policy and you may opt out of receiving these emails at any time.

2. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send an e-mail to disneyplusentry@probabilityworks.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain "Entry: Disney+ Perks: Deadpool & Wolverine World Premiere Sweepstakes." The body of the e-mail must contain your full name, phone number (where you can be reached on or around July 2, 2024, if selected as a potential prize winner as per Section 7 below), and an answer to the question "Would you rather be best friends with Deadpool or Wolverine?". E-mail must be received by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2024 to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per individual, per email address and/or Disney+ account, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such person or e-mail address and may constitute tampering. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winners (each a "Winner") will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or about July 1, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential Winners will be notified via telephone on July 2, 2024 beginning on or about 3:00 PM ET. It is the potential Winner’s sole responsibility to make themself available at such time at the provided phone number. Administrator will make only one (1) attempt to contact each potential Winner via phone and may not leave a message on potential Winner’s phone or with another person; if a potential Winner does not answer the telephone call during Administrator’s initial (and only) attempt, potential Winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to be bound by the Winner Notification procedure set forth herein this Section 7 and acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential Winners. Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with the implementation of the winner notification procedure.

IF ADMINISTRATOR IS SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING POTENTIAL WINNER: Potential winner must accept the prize and complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Indemnification and Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor/Administrator may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting). If Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence: (a) Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf and (b) their guest on Prize Trip as defined in Rule 8 below must be their parent or legal guardian.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

THE WINNER (IF A MINOR, THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER (IF A MINOR, THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN).

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

PRIZE (Two [2] Winners): Each Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York City to attend the premiere of "Deadpool & Wolverine" (the "Event") currently scheduled to take place in mid-late July 2024 (collectively, the "Trip"). Trip includes: admission for the winner and their guest to the Event in New York City (exact date and location of Event at Sponsor's sole discretion); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a New York City area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York City from a major airport near Winner’s residence ("Airport of Origin", as selected by Sponsor) to a New York City area airport (as selected by Sponsor); roundtrip ground transportation to/from the New York City area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from New York City hotel and Event. Each winner will also receive $500 cash or cash equivalent.

ARV of each Prize: $4,250.00. The actual value of the Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

9. Additional Conditions: Limit one (1) prize per family/address/household. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Winner and guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor and its agents or designees for the Trip and attendance at the Event and, should a Winner and/or guest fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in illegal, unruly, obnoxious, harmful, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor or Event producer in their sole discretion) ("Inappropriate Behavior"), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to remove a Winner and/or guest from Event, or terminate the Trip altogether and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to a Winner and/or guest. Without limiting the foregoing, each Winner and guest must comply with the Sponsor’s (and their agents or designees’) rules and regulations during Event which may include, by way of example, agreeing to a search of their person and property, refraining from recording, silencing mobile devices while at Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize (again, without liability or other obligation to a Winner and/or guest).

The Event is projected to take place in mid to late July 2024. The specific dates of Trip will not be available until early July 2024. PRIZE WINNERS AND GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL SO AS TO ATTEND EVENT; IF WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SUCH TIME FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING).

If a Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a guest (or if guest does not return Release of Liability/Publicity Release and the necessary paperwork for a background check, as discussed above), Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Guest of each Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and must execute a Release of Liability/Release of Publicity and the necessary paperwork for a background check prior to travel. If a Winner is a minor, their guest must be their parent/legal guardian.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on each Winner and their guest. Winners and guests, agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (or, allowing guest to accompany a Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of a Winner and/or guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products. Winners and their guests further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

Winners and guests must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, Winner and guest must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States, New York and Event location designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should winner and guest contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Trip.

Winners and their guests must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodations and travel are for up to two (2) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Event or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator. Winners and guests will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with Prize travel. Trip cannot be extended. Winners and guests assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel. If a Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of New York, NY, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, alternate ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and, under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Prize in cash.

In the event Winners are able to take the Trip, but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 3-day/2-night trip to New York, NY).

Winners and guests further understand and agree that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the prize. Each Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, flight/travel insurance, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, travel insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs, spa services/treatments, local and long distance telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Prize package. In addition, photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided as part of the Prize). In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

10. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., TikTok Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian), for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) grant (and agree to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prize/determination of the prize winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) residence and the entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) and Sponsor. Should an entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT (IF A MINOR, THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants (if a Minor, their parent/legal guardian) and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.

13. Winners’ List: To obtain a listing of the names of the winners of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by July 30, 2024 to: Disney+ Perks: Deadpool & Wolverine World Premiere Sweepstakes Winners’ List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
